Data, charting problem

Happening right now, intraday charts don't have a history, it starts drawing charts from the moment of logging in, previous timestamp is friday. If you log out and log back in - starts from that point.

I'm glad it's not just me. I was just about to make a post about this exact same problem. It was working fine on startup of today's session until I made a change to my layout and all of the previous candles from today's session disappeared. Changing workstations and Tickers doesn't change a thing. When I go from one connection to another today's sessions candles restart.

Running on the desktop as well using vers. 8.1.2.1

Nah, I'm switching between my Rithmic connection to my NinjaTrader feed and get the exact same problem.

Yep same here. I updated to 8.1.2.1 and opened to this problem. . Also chart missing time scale. Glad it's not just me. Please sort this out ASAP.

Same problem here... from searching around this forum, others in the past have had similar issues. Don't know what to do

Same issue here. I got a pop up about updating and downloaded and installed the update. After that it started happening. If I close and reopen or reload historical data, it erases all history from today and paints current CS from that point.

Frustrating.
