In the past, we used to receive beta versions to test our products, but it looks like that's been discontinued without any notice.
Does NinjaTrader have any regard for its vendors anymore? There's a lack of communication from them.
For example. what's the plan for the web platform? Will vendors have the opportunity to develop and sell indicators for it?
It appears that NinjaTrader's primary focus nowadays is attracting new traders without concern for their existing customers and vendors.
Another example. Customers are now contacting us, Telling us that there is a new version of NinjaTrader, and if it will affect the products they bought from us. What am I supposed to tell them? I didn't even know that a new version came out.. No idea if our products still work. guess so?
