I am from Tamilnadu, India.
I recently start using Ninja Trader 8. From the beginning I am getting the below error.
The technical team tried all the ways possible but unable to sort it out. When I connected to a Mobile Hotspot, it was working fine.
So the team advised me to contact my Internet Service Provider. I did the same but they are asking me the IP address of the Application so that they can look into it further.
Do anyone know it can help me out. Thanks!!!
