    chart not loading

    using NT8 have rebooted 3 times and cannot get chart to load. just shows yesterdays chart.

    I'd recommend contacting us directly via email so that we can review your log and trace files and troubleshoot with you. Please reach out to our support team by sending an email from within the platform by going to Help > Email Support with a description of the issue. Please also ensure that 'Log and trace files' is selected (this is enabled by default).
