Username/password for NinjaTrader 8 demo desktop

    Username/password for NinjaTrader 8 demo desktop

    Hello,

    I like to try NT8. I registered, login and downloaded desktop version. When I started this program, I'm logging in​ and I always got error message​. How can I get username/password for desktop demo? Registered username/password doest not work. At NT7 I received it by email​.

    Thank you very much for your post!

    With NinjaTrader 8.1, please use the "NinjaTrader", not the "NinjaTrader Continuum" connection type.

    The "NinjaTrader" connection uses the same credentials as the NinjaTrader Dashboard, and would also support our new features, such as server-side ATM strategies, whereas the NinjaTrader Continuum connection requires its own username and password.

    If you no longer have access to these credentials, you may also recover and reset them at the following address:



    If you are using NinjaTrader 7 or 8.0 and require a password reset for the CQG-based NinjaTrader Continuum connection, please follow the steps below:

      Dear Manfred F.,

      Thanks for your help. I used the same credentials as the NinjaTrader Dashboard but still does not work. What could be the reason? Maybe I just have to wait. I hope so​

        Could you send us your log & trace files? We can then best assist you further.

        You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

        Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief note in the message referring to the connection issues.

        I or one of my colleagues can then take a closer look.
