Duplicate entries in Trade Performance (Apex Account)

As the title suggests, all of my trades are showing up as duplicates in Trade Performance. Here is a screenshot to show you what I mean based on today's trades. I see this is the case for every day's trades, any help?Click image for larger version

I have the same issue with APEX accounts (Tradovate) and NT counts multiple time. Right now I have 3 accounts but each account it tracks 3 trades when I only trade 1 contract. So, in the trade performance report it shows up as 9 total contracts (3 x 3 accounts) traded instead of 3 on 3 different accounts.

I have this issue as well... I traded Apex ToV accounts, one for the first time today... One account was a total of 18 contracts traded, Trade Performance shows 54. Another was 26 total traded and 78 are in Trade Performance. 3 to 1 ratio on both accounts. Account Balances in Accounts tab is accurate.

              Running NjT 8.1.2.1.

This is not a new or isolated issue, I had reported it and was provided with bug report ID: NT-1441 in May of this year and there has been at least a couple updates since then and has not been fixed

Not very encouraging to hear that, Tekie! I confirmed that it is simply duplicating every trade two times in Trade Performance. Exporting I was able to put a repeating 1,2,3 pattern in a column at the end, filter showing only rows with 1's and copying. Or deleting the rows with 2's & 3's.

I recently learned the 8.1 platform pulls trade performance from a server somewhere. As a result, pulling trade performance over longer periods of time is impossible as it errors saying Too Long Range.

Bugs like this are just lazy, sloppy, and DERELICT. And not understanding how your customers actually use your products.

I'd be embarrassed to have my name on this code!

                    Hello everyone,

If you have not yet reached out to us regarding Tradovate-based Apex accounts showing duplicate entries in the Trade Performance report, please reach out to us at support (at) ninjatrader (dot) com.

Our development team is still investigating what causes this with a small subset of these accounts. Receiving further information from other clients also affected would greatly help them.

If you reach out to us, please refer to this post and NT-11370, I or one of my colleagues can then assist you further!

I have the same issue also.
Been present for more than 6 months.

Everytime I report it via email, it seems to the first time NT Support team are aware of the issue.

Another month passes and the issue still persists.

Hey gaz0001... Their response is not surprising... They must have filled the coding staff with community college certificate course dropouts.

As a workaround, I will export the Trade Performance list to excel and sort by trade entry date/time. I then add a column where I do a repeating 1, 2, 3 pattern. You then filter all columns and select 1 ( or 2 or 3 would work too) and copy that filtered list where I ultimately want the data.

Another one where we should offer to all chip in on a steakhouse gift card for whomever in their staff can step up and fix this!

They should honestly be embarrassed by it, but I guess not! A pretty epic, pathetic fail. A pathepic fail, perhaps?
