Hello ,
Thank you for writing in.
Please reset instruments and repair DB, following steps below.- First, disconnect from any data providers by navigating to the Control Center > Connections menu, and left-click on “disconnect” that appears to the right when hovering your mouse over any active connection
- Next, reset your instruments by navigating to the Control Center > Tools > Database Management
- In the Database Management window, left-click on "Rollover"
- Under the “Update instruments” section, ensure that “General properties”, "Futures expiries" and “Symbol mappings” options are checked and then click Update
- Under the “Repair DB” section, click Repair
- Lastly, restart NinjaTrader for the changes to occur
Please also delete the cache and historical data folders stored on your PC, following the steps below.- Shut down NinjaTrader.
- Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > db folder.
- Delete the sub-folder named 'cache'.
- Delete everything within 'minute', 'day', 'tick' folders.
If that chart looks good, right click within your other charts and select "Reload all historical data".
