Audusd chart shows all zeros on right side margin instead of price
All my forex charts display correctly. Only my AUDUSD shows all zeros on the right hand side margin instead of the price levels. I get my data from IB. All my other data displays correctly as it has for over a decade.Tags: None

Hello diver,
Thank you for your post and for using NinjaTrader.
Can you please provide me with a screenshot of what you are referring to so I may look into this further?- To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.
- Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

Hello diver,
Thank you for your response.
Unfortunately, I'm not sure why this would be occurring. Does this same issue affect the chart in Safe Mode?
Safe Mode will prevent NinjaTrader from:- Loading workspaces.
- Connecting on start-up.
- Loading custom assemblies.
- Getting instrument updates from the server.
- Exit NinjaTrader.
- Hold the CONTROL key and double click the NinjaTrader icon.
- Keep the CONTROL key held down until you see the Control Center.
- You can verify you are in safe mode by going to Help -> About.
- Reconnect to your data provider from the 'Connections' menu
- Please open a new AUDUSD chart with no custom bar types/indicators/templates and test for issues.

Hello diver,
Thank you for your response.
I'm unable to reproduce it on my end either, which is what is making it hard for me to diagnose. What version of the TWS software are you using currently? Sometimes an incorrect version can have odd effects in unexpected places.
I look forward to your reply.

Hello diver,
Thanks for your response.
That appears to be right. Can you please reset your instruments in NinjaTrader and let me know if the problem persists afterward? To do this:- Disconnect from any active connections in the Control Center > Connections dropdown
- Go to the Control Center > Tools > Database Management window
- Under the “Update instruments” section, ensure the “General properties”, "Futures expiries" and “Symbol mappings” options are checked and then click 'Update'
- Restart NinjaTrader, and then test for this behavior again
