    Im subscribed to market but it hasnt renewed yet and cant login live trading...

      Was this resolved? Asking for a couple friends who's market data didnt renew and continuum data isn't working. They manually renewed and still wasn't working.

        My live data subscription renewed at 8:35 Central time, it shows live in my profile on the webpage, and after several restarts of the platform and reconnection attempts, I still don't have live data. I've been trying to get anything othere than a canned response from customer service for an hour, and they're just ignoring me.

        Something more is going on. It's not resolved for me.

          broken for me too - CGQ datafeed is showing various `not enabled for real time quotes and trading' in the Log.
          Also, when I use Live connection - I see real time quotes but the rest of market data is wrong - ES DOM is wrong, missing various market internal indexes TICKQ etc that I'm subscribed to.

            Same exact thing happening to me. My data didn't auto-renew this morning (and it always has auto-renewed in the past). So I re-subscribed 90 minutes ago, but it still is not working.

                Ninja Trader have too many issues with their servers.

                  just to mention - `Live` connection is working for me, it's just not the datafeed that I'm actually subscribed too, with all the market depth and internals data
