Version 10.23.2a does not load

My charts are still not loading with this new build - I couldn't trade last Thursday or Friday. Looks like it's not fixed for today, Tuesday yet. You've had a 3 day weekend to fix the issue.

But I'm guessing.... everyone just had a holiday? : )

They have known about the problem for months, in June they already knew about the bug

I am a Team Lead of the Technical Support department. I assure you this is a high priority matter for us, but we want to make sure that we will release a solution that works and has been tested thoroughly. This does require extensive testing, and I do not have a release schedule to offer at this time. I will relay your feedback to our Developers but do not have any additional information to offer at this time.

By the time you've done that, TWS will release their own new and improved version and yours won't work with that either!

Thank you for your response.

To be clear, we have not yet released the new build of NinjaTrader where this issue is fixed. It is in testing. The change in supported version of TWS is not the fix for this particular issue, and was made for different purposes. It was something that was required by Interactive Brokers, as they ceased support for the previous build that was recommended for use with NinjaTrader. We hope to have the new build released as soon as possible, but I do not have a release date as there are many major changes that are going to be included and require extensive testing.

Hello Guys,
I have succesfully had live data loaded with latest TWS 10.23.2a or TWS 10.19.X with NT 8.1.1.7. or NT 8.0.28.0
I live in Europe and trade E mini futur and US stock like SPY AAPL ... It is quite easy to do the setting. I set everything to Newyork time as if I live in Newyork. Please follow the following steps:
1/Close TWS and NT
2/ Set computer time date to UTC -05:00 Est US and Canada
Click Sync now
3/ Go to Folder Document/ Ninjatrader 8/ db
Rename folder : day to dayold , minute to minuteold , tick to tickold . By rename thoses folders you do not lose any data in case you want to go back.
create 3 new folders : day , minute , tick . New data will be loaded and can not be mixed with old data .
create 3 new folders : day , minute , tick
delete everything in the db/cache folder
4/ Open TWS 10.23.2a . Go to More Options
Set Region to America
Set time zone to UTC - 05:00 EST5EDT ( Newyork time)
Open TWS as usual.
5/ Open NT 8.1.1.7
Load 1 new window to test with only 1 stock daily or minute with fews data like 2,3 days . There will be no data (blank window)
Go to Connections and Click Interactive Brokers.
You should get data live loading and update.
Sometimes the log will say MANY TIMES : your API version does not support fractional share rules ...... just ignore it because it will stop by itself .
You should get live data at this time.
You have to load more data to get new data base.
Please let me know if you guys have any issues.
One inconvenient : your PC time is not your country time. I do it unstead of sitting there waiting for the release of the next fix version of NT.

This problem has been announced for three months, it is not something that has arisen suddenly.

My data looks like it might have loaded for contract MES 12-23 - still need to confirm through testing.

I did nothing to it, just loaded up the applications as per usual.

Actually, no. It seems to have "loaded in" but the current price is stuck at 4549.25 (not correct at time of writing this)
