Version 10.23.2a does not load

Same problem here!! please help
Everything worked fine with TWS 10.16, but new version doesn't work (all config is ok), connection is green but charts don't load

Thank you for your inquiry.
It may be that you are encountering a known issue that is affecting same international Interactive Brokers users and loading certain kinds of data. This is something that will be fixed in the next major release of NinjaTrader, which is currently in testing. We should be able to determine if you are affected by reviewing your log and trace files. Please send over your log and trace files and a short description of the request by going to Help > Email Support within the NinjaTrader platform.

Thank you for your response.
The build of NinjaTrader where this is being fixed is currently in testing and should be released soon after testing on it has completed. Unfortunately, I don't have a timeline for that release at the moment and the release schedule is not something that our Client Services or Technical Support team exerts any control over. We are treating this issue as a high priority and we are extensively testing the fix to ensure that it works properly when released.
Please let us know if we may assist you with any other items in the meantime.

If you've already sent that information and this was the diagnosis that you received, we do not need to do so again.
With regard to the mail issue that you are experiencing, this is generally caused by antivirus clients. For example, if you are an Avast user, Avast has a program called Mail Shield which blocks the requests. In Avast, the following steps will allow mail to work again in NinjaTrader;- In the Avast interface, click Menu and click the Settings tab. Then you should click Core Shields under the Protection tab.
- Under the Configure shield settings section, navigate to the Mail Shield option.
- Disable 'Scan outbound mail (SMTP)'

Can this matter be escalated to the highest level so that testing is finished by a deadline very soon? It seems that the new release has been in development for months.

Thank you for your response.
I am a Team Lead of the Technical Support department. I assure you this is a high priority matter for us, but we want to make sure that we will release a solution that works and has been tested thoroughly. This does require extensive testing, and I do not have a release schedule to offer at this time. I will relay your feedback to our Developers but do not have any additional information to offer at this time.

Hi Zachary,
The same thing that happened to Max333 and Gibranes happened to me today.
From my observation, TWS 10.23.2a data flows to NT8 if you login pre-market and charts are set up correctly. Today, when I tried to change an option contract to longer dated expiry, the charts just stuck at loading. Yesterday, when I changed the option contract to a different strike but same expiry, it did not have any issue.
And when I tried to reconnect to TWS, I was stuck at "loading". I did not have any daily charts in my workspace as I know it would cause problems.
Can't IB extend support for 981.3i till you guys finish testing?

NT customer service has tried its best, but has been let down by its development team.
Time to switch to TradingView?
