Everything was working fine for me yesterday, but this AM I got login failure when attempting to open the Ninjatrader connection in the desktop app. My Apex connection was also broken.
I contacted support via email, and was told to delete both connections in my desktop app and set up a new Ninjatrader one. I then got kicked out due to "too many failed login attempts".
They were going to call me, but that was over an hour ago and they've gone dark in email. Today is a write-off off due to Ninjatrader's support, and it's still not working. What is going on?
