Tradovate / Ninjatrader Email address question

I'm currently a Tradovate user and would like to switch my account over to Ninjatrader. When I go to Ninjatrader to sign up for an account. When I enter my email address I get a prompt stating email address already registered. And when I log into Ninjatrader.com using my Tradovate login information all my accounts are there. Short of creating a new email address is there anyway to fix it? I already emailed Ninjatrader and all they told me was to apply for a ninjatrader account...... Thanks in advance.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to my question. I just sent an email from my email address associated with the account.
