Could you please send us your log & trace files? We can then best assist you further.
You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support
Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief "ATTN Manfred" note in the message.

Thank you very much for your reply.
You can also send us these files manually. To do this, please follow the steps below:- Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
- Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to support (at) ninjatrader (dot) com
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders
