    My real time trading account is disabled in 8.1.1.6 version

    Hi,

    I upgraded today to latest 8.1.1.6 version and now my real time trading is disabled.My SIM account is OK but my trading account is grayed.What happened?Thanks.​

    Hi Jurase, I have asked my colleagues why this is happening. I will update this thread tomorrow once I have gathered more information.

      Hi, can you please confirm what window you are looking at where you are seeing your live account as grayed out? If you need immediate help with your account please send an email to platformsupport at ninjatrader.com to provide details on your account, we would not want to be sharing any details of your live account information on the forum.

        Hi,
        Today I restarted NT and now I don't have any brokers available.Replay only.

          I had a feeling this update was going to be buggy. Making something of the sort "require" not knowing if it's stable or not can be really detrimental to some ones account.

            Hi, please make sure you go into Tools>Options>enable "Multi Provider" if you need to connect to a broker that is not NinjaTrader Brokerage. If you do not need to use this, please email platformsupport at ninjatrader.com so we can gather personal and account information that can not be shared on the forum.

              It's not just the broker side. The whole platform is screwed. Cant even disconnect or even exit without it freezing. 100% due to this update. I suggest fixing this before it gets out of hand literally cant click on ANYTHING now.

                    I just uninstalled the latest release and will use the previous build until you guys fix this. Waiting on you guys to fix could take a while. Thank though.

                      Hi, you will need to report what it is you are seeing in your email for us to get more details on what exact issue you are seeing. As far as I am aware, other users are not seeing this issue so you will need to explain this in the context of your computer/installation, and possibly have a member of the platform support team look directly at your issue through TeamViewer.

                        Hi,
                        I use DOM for trading.In the DOM I can use Sim account.But when I click on my live accont it goes back immedeately to SIM account.

                          @Jurase​ The Static DOM can no longer be used with third-party brokers. Are you able to access your account via the New> SuperDOM (Dynamic)?
