    Diagnostic: 29873

    Dear Ninjatrader Support,

    I have been receiving this error
    DIAGNOSTIC : 29873
    and have been unable to resolve this issue or find any information about it. Can you please help me with this. Thank you.

    You have uncovered the secret message and should contact NinjaTrader Support.

    After migrating to the new NT account platform, I installed the latest desktop version of NT8 (8.1.1.1). It appears to be working fine, except I'm receiving many errors in my log that simply read "diagnostic: 29873". What does this error indicate?

      Thanks for your post.

      Please write in to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with a brief description of the error and attach your log and trace files so we may investigate this further. In the subject of your email include ATTN: BrandonH and in the body of the email include a link to this forum post.

      Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email so I may investigate this matter further.
      • Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
      • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
      • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
      • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
      Also, please attached a screenshot of the error message in your email if possible.
      • To send a screenshot with Windows 10 or newer I would recommend using the Windows Snipping Tool.
      • Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save it as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
