diagnostic 29873
After migrating to the new NT account platform, I installed the latest desktop version of NT8 (8.1.1.1). It appears to be working fine, except I'm receiving many errors in my log that simply read "diagnostic: 29873". What does this error indicate?Tags: None

Can you please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files in an email, so I can investigate.- Open the Documents-->NinjaTrader 8 folder.
- Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Attach 2 compressed folders in your email.
- Send the email to "support[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com". Put 'Att Jason, 03801929' in the subject field of your email.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

The error did not occur for 2inthebush when running NinjaTrader in safe mode which indicates the error comes from a 3rd party vendor (Algobox). The client reached out to the 3rd party vendor to fix it.
