    Connection problem

    I have been using NinjaTrader for nearly a month. I feel very comfortable with it. However, last night my intertnet service failed. When restored, I could not activate my NinjaTrader and I am repeatedly getting this message: ​"My Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage: Please check your account connection parameters and internet connection. (Logon failed)".
    I have spent several hours trying to solve this problem with no success. Can anyone help me?

    Rithmic was down yesterday. It is back up.

      Hello,

      We've been notified Rithmic has resolved the issue, if you are still experiencing the issue please try restarting your platform.
