    Tt credits insufficient

    I have an error message when I tried to place an order on my FXCM live account. Can you please explain me what is that? I have a lifetime license and the multibroker license too. Please help me to resolve this issue asap.

    Hello PARAU2908,

    Please check the information that was posted in the following thread to see if that applies to your situation. If you are still unable to use the dom you would need to write into support so we can assist with your account. The easiest way to reach a support team member for account related concerns is to use the Help -> Mail to support option, you can include the image as an attachment in that window. You don't need to include a link to this post with your email inquiry.

    I use NT7 usually for ATM strategies. I have it set to use StaticDOM. A fee is charged for each transaction in DOM and ATM. At the moment I can no longer buy credit - the site is not working. http://www.ninjatrader.com/purchase-transaction-credits.php How can I continue trading? Is it possible to switch to using DynamicDOM

      I have already send a email to the support but nobody answer, you are the first who did. I tried to resolve by deactivate the dom, but It is not possible for me to do it on my dashboard. Only the support can do. Please, resolve the problem quickly.

        Hello PARAU2908,

        Please make sure that the email address you are using for replies is not putting the NinjaTrader reply emails into a spam or junk folder.

        Our email support team generally replies the same day that we get the email from you. The support staff work Monday-Friday so if you contacted on the weekend that would have a delayed reply on the following monday.

        Any type of account related concerns should be directed to the email support so that we can look up the account being used, I cannot look up or make changes on your account from a forum post.

          for the last time I hope I send you 2 emails, 1 at [email protected] on 31/03/2023 at 19:40 (france timezone) and 1 at [email protected] at 8:20 this morning (france timezone). AND NOBODY ANSWERED ME! So....... PLEASE FOR THE LAST TIME, RESOLVE THE ISSUE!!!

            Hello PARAU2908,

            Please use the platform to try and send the email using Help -> Email support instead of sending it directly to those emails.

            You can also use the chat feature on ninjatrader.com to request a case to be created, it will let you supply the email you want us to reply to.
