Hello,

I have submitted a request to be able to login to the client portal infinite times, no matter how many desktop platforms are logged in.

Once I have a tracking ID for this request I will post in this thread for future reference.

Thank you - I think it's important we distinguish the use cases between logging into the account portal and logging into the web trading platform. It may make sense that you limit the number of simultaneous accesses to the web trading platform (or the desktop trading platform or the mobile trading platform) but my suggestion would be not to limit access to the account portal / control panel. "Infinite times" makes it sound like an excessive request perhaps but I think the real question is, if we need to get into the account portal should we ever be denied this and have to go hunting for devices to shut down? I don't think the use cases are the same and would suggest that the account portal should always be available.
