1) I want to use different passwords for logging into the terminal and for logging into my personal account. How can I set it up?
2) There is still no clear and understandable clarity on setting up risk management. The block for trade remains after 17:45, I cannot trade.
3) How is the setup for the old version of NT8 for new users now done?

Thank you for your inquiry.

1. It's not possible to set a different password for the platform login screen and the Account Dashboard. It's these credentials that inform the platform of the features that are associated with your Account Plan.

2. Are you stating that you've set a Risk Management feature on your account that should've been released, but it has not been? If so, I'd like to look into the specific details of your account so we can look further into it. Please send us an email at support(at)ninjatrader(dot)com with your account number and a brief description of the issue so that we can look up the details in our system.

3. Older versions of NinjaTrader require a live license key to allow for live trading. If you do not already have a live license key, it is no longer possible to purchase one and would not be possible to enable live trading on previous builds on NinjaTrader.

As mentioned elsewhere, this is a grievous policy decision that should be reversed, at least for a reasonable transition period (several months, at least).
