Please contact the development team and inform them that they have to eventually fix that bug that prevents Firefox users from logging in.
Firefox browser users like me and others cannot login normally into their account and I am sure that this is not acceptable by NinjaTrader.
It's not a personal matter so sending a personal email to Support is irrelevant here. The problem is general.
DmanX had already provided a working workaround in post #9, but it's more than obvious that a normal fix from NinjaTrader is absolutely essential.
