    NT8.1 - problem with realtime data (using NT demo data)

    I'm testing v8.1 with your Ninjatrader demo feed and here it looks like you really have some problems with realtime data?

    As soon as the historical data are reloaded (right click > Reload all historical data), the values look correct again.
    But this is not a one-time-problem... it's always the case

    Thank you for your post.

    Please follow the steps below to send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what is occurring. Please be sure to reference this Forum post and send them to ATTN: Dennis.
    • Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

      Please follow up on this thread if the solution is fixed. I am incurring the same issue for footprint and cumulative delta.

            I have the same problem as described above. To me it looks like NT don't test their own release before they bring it out, the customers will then already act as testers, otherwise they would have noticed this themselves

To do this, please connect NinjaTrader v 8.1 to your account using NinjaTrader Continuum. Below is a link to a Help Article that will assist you in recovering your NinjaTrader Continuum Credentials that can be used to connect to your live account.Once you have recovered these credentials and reset your password, please use the Help Article below to configure your account connection using NinjaTrader Continuum.
