    Data is wrong

    woke up this morning and my charts are not showing the correct current price? any ideas

    Hello herbierussell,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:
    • What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.? or 8.0.?.?)
    • Who are you connected to for data? This is displayed in green on the lower-left corner of the Control Center window.
    • What instrument symbol (and expiry if applicable) have you selected? For example, ES 03-23, AAPL, EURUSD, etc.
    • (For a chart) what interval is selected? For example, 5 minute, 1 day, 2000 volume, 4 Renko, etc.
    • Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
    Lastly, if you open a SuperDOM next to the chart side by side, does the last price on the chart align with the last price showing on the SuperDOM?

      Had same issue , but waited all day and it was not resolved . Trading the ES futures , 1 min Chart , Continuim data , a blank chart with NO indicators was still wrong . Many issues , NOT solved and the day is over. Looks like I will wake up Monday with the same issue .

        Thank you for your reply.

        We advise that you delete your chart cache to resolve this item. To delete the cache, follow the steps below;
        • Shut down NinjaTrader.
        • Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > db folder.
        • Delete the sub-folder named 'minute'.
        • Delete the sub-folder named 'cache'.
        • Restart NinjaTrader and test.
        ​If this does not resolve the symptom, please send your log and trace files & description of the issue to our support team from within the platform by going to Help > Email Support so that we may review your diagnostic files for any errors.
