NinjaTrader Web Log in is dead?

Is this occurring on the account dashboard site, web platform, or both? Does this occur on multiple browsers?

Account. Tried 3 different browsers.
Just now I checked web platform and after agreement got this error: cannot check policy version. Please contact customer service.

I have the same problem, the iOS app hangs at the loading screen and only shows the loading icon (restarting and reinstalling does not help).

After logging into the web plattform I get the NinjaTrader End User License Agreement every time and when I confirm it, it just says "Cannot check policy version. Please contact Customer Service" - in different browsers on MacOS and on Window 11. The account dashboard site and the desktop app works.

Update:

Some users may be experiencing issues loading our mobile/web/portal app as we update a fix during the market halt. Once the market reopens tonight please try relaunching your browser/app to restore functionality.
