    Free Live Data from FXCM - credentials do not come

    Hello
    me and several other people in our trading group encountered a problem during application for a free live forex data at Futures Trading Demo & Free Market Data| NinjaTrader . We fill the form with Forex checkbox set, send it, but no e-mail with ​login credentials ever comes. Would you be so kind and help us?

    Am I correct all people that requested the forex demo reside outside the United States?

      Yes, all (4 up to now) are connecting from Czech Republic.

        Yo tambien no he logrado acceder a FXCM Demo, sale un error que dice: user or connection doesn't exist. (Panic).

        Su ayuda por favor.

          The same result going over ​https://ninjatrader.com/
          But the follow-up emails are ariving ok, so only the credentials e-mail message is an issue.

            Could it be you and the others applied for a free forex demo connection before?

            If you apply again today, does the issue persist?


            Hector Morel, please send us an email at "platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com" that includes the email with the demo username and password and the log and trace files.
            • Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
            • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
            • Attach the 2 compressed folders as attachments in your email.
            • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

              Hello Jason
              yes, we certainly applied for demo several times during last several months and years due to various reasons. Mainly it is used by many people as a first aid in case the data have some drop-outs. But be sure we always use different email addresses, phone numbers etc., so no conflict with previous application​s is possible.
              I have tried a brand new application after your post, but the problem is still there. No credentials arrive. It was for [email protected] mail.

                    Unfortunately we are no longer providing forex demos as these are no longer supported on the new NinjaTrader software suite. To obtain forex data you will need to connect to a supported forex broker or data provider, such as the following:
                    • Forex.com
                    • FXCM
                    • Interactive Brokers
                    • Kinetick/IQ Feed
                    • Barchart
                    • eSignal
