Ninja Trader continuum not connecting

Hello, I followed previous instructions on how to connect my account to the desktop version in order to live trade. However it hasn't been working. When I click connect it informs me my credentials are incorrect, I can assure you that I entered them correctly. How do I go about fixing this and connecting my account to the chart? Thank you.

Thank you for your post.

You may double-check this NinjaTrader Continuum Connection Guide for successfully connecting to your live account.

A couple of things to keep aware of while creating this connection:

• Ensure there are no spaces before or after your username/password
• Ensure that Demo is NOT checked/enabled anymore
• Ensure that you have NinjaTrader Continuum selected from the list of 'Available Connections'. 'Continuum' or 'NinjaTrader' alone will not allow you to connect using your credentials.

In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a message 'ATTN Adrian'., In addition, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
