1Min bar in 1Min chart doesn’t change correctly

Hello Ninjatrader,

I’ve updated to the latest version recently, and I have met the problem is that 1Min bar in 1Min chart doesn’t change / move at every 1 minute, it means sometimes the 1Min bar changes to another bar more than 1 minute, I tried to close the chart and close the application, but it only works to normally when I reboot my computer. It happens on 17&18 Jan and last week, my friend also met this situation sometimes, any suggestion to solve the problem? Thank you.

As a first step, please ensure your PC's clock is synchronized. If it is offset, it could result in a discrepancy. To do this, please follow the steps below:

• Shutdown NinjaTrader
• Right-click the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop
• Select Adjust date/time
• For Windows 10 click 'Date, Time, and regional formatting' -> Then click 'Additional date, time, and regional settings' -> then click 'Set the time and date'
• Select the 'Internet Time' tab at the top
• Set the server to time.nist.gov and then click Update.
• If the message that appears says successful your PC clock should now be updated.
• If not, select a different server from the Server: drop-down and try again (repeat until one of the servers is successful)

After updating the PC clock, please restart NinjaTrader, then right-click the chart and select Reload All Historical Data.
