Hello,

I just updated to the latest Version this morning.. I have been interrupted by these.. 3 times already..!!?? I accept the Gmail access request, then the error screen.. The same 2 Gmail windows are presented every time Ninjatrader is started.. Should learn to update only on Friday afternoons..

Has to do with an Ninja Alert trying to send me alert emails.. Something with authentication,,? How to resolve.?

Thank you for your post.

Please follow the steps below to send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what is occurring. Please be sure to reference this Forum post and send them to ATTN: Dennis.

• Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Hello,

I just installed 8.1.1.3 and this issue is repeating itself.. Every alert to be delivered to my gmail doesn't send until I approve every time.. Back in January I was advised to roll back to 8.0.26 I think..

Please advise..
