Ok thanks. I now have a reply from the email I listed, it's pretty insulting so I hope it's not from the same Sean!
It's just a copy paste response offering help on how to use NT, and trying to sell me a brokerage account.
Absolutely 0 to do with what I messaged about. My email was 1 sentence, so not exactly hard to comprehend.

Edit: Apologies, I now see it's a direct email from a Sean, NOT from the sales email. Had assumed it was a reply to my message since how else would NT have my email. I'm guessing NT can send emails directly to forum users then. At least makes it better that the content of my messages was not ignored afterall
