    ES 03-23 Data Feed Issue

    Hello,

    The data feed is not working properly today(Ninjatrader Continuum).

    For ES 03-23, there is a gap between Fri close and the current time (when the chart is opened).
    There is no data from today's (Sunday) market open to current time.

    The same is happening on other instruments NQ 03-23, ZN 03-23 etc and on different timeframes (e.g. 100-tick or 1-min).

    Restarting Ninjatrader and rebooting the PC does not help.

    Is there some issue with the historical data servers?​

    I'm also getting the same issue on ES 03-23; closing NT, and deleting local db folder so data redownloads doesn't fix the issue. Upon NT restart historical data between Friday close and the time I start NT (7:20pm PT right now, 12/18/22) is missing.

    Please advise?

              Thank you manfred. I stand corrected. I did not see that that post was from 2019. I'm glad that NinjaTrader is getting this data issue fixed.

                still missing data from Globex open until 23:00

                Any update on whether this will be fixed in time to trade 8 AM new york?

                          Maybe a suggestion on a workaround ? Like how to load Ameritrade data or something.... ???????????????????????????????

                          i know i know.... provide another historical data server we can use temporarily !!!!

                            Unfortunately, this outage had an effect on multiple servers. We are working to restore this data now and will provide an update as soon as possible.

                              Have you Scheduled it to happen every Monday? You do understand that if you are trading with tick bars, it's a wasted day.
