    This is unacceptable. Why not offer users access to your Kinetick data for the day until you get the other servers fixed. That is, if you're even trying ot fix it.

    Ninjatrader seems like a not ready for primetime broker at the moment. Very disappointed and definitely feeling buyer's remorse over spending the $$$ on a lifetime license.

      If you are trading using any method that relies upon full session data, it is a wasted day. I can't believe they haven't gotten this fixed. I suspect we will never see that data on our charts.

        Still showing no data between 6pm-11pm ET Sunday 12/18; bars skip straight to 11pm

          Currently, the historical data has been backfilled and you should be able to restart your platform to resolve this item.

            STILL NOTHING!!! I deleted db cache and after relaunch of NT8 I reloaded all historical data and nothing! The problem remains!!!

              Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into your item further. We are receiving reports from other users that this has been resolved as well.

              Please go to Help > Email Support and send your log and trace files to use with ATTN: Dennis as the subject line and reply to this post once you have completed that.

                      Unfortunately the FOREX historical data haven´t been restored so far. Still missing between Sunday 23:00 and Monday 4:55 CET. But at least the "Reload historical data" does not delete all the data between Sunday 23:00 and till the moment of the reload.

                          Thank you for using NinjaTrader.

                          Unfortunately, our development team was unable to restore all of the missing forex data. We will attempt to restore this missing data during our weekend server maintenance.
