I have opened a ticket (yesterday) and waited on the phone for an hour so I hung up. I'm hoping someone here can assist me. I have my username and password but when it asks to approve my computer via email, I never receive the email. I checked spam but nothing. I receive all other emails from NinjaTrader so not sure if this needs to be fixed on the backend. If someone could assist me, it would be greatly appreciated.
