My ^TICK is not updating realtime. Is there a known issue?? Been like this since open. I have refreshed/reloaded/rebooted to no avail.I can reload historical data and get it to update on reload--but still doesnt update realtime afterwards. Is anybody else having this issue today?

Please send us your log and trace files so that we may look into what occurred.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
