    Issues with Barchart data feed.

    Hi,
    I am trying out the barchart.com data feed and have endless problems with the chart in Ninjatrader 8 (v8.0.26.1 64-bit).
    To track down the issue/s, I have reverted to a completely fresh install of Ninjatrader 8.
    I create a new chart 2 minute QQQ data and added the Order Flow VWAP as you can see below with the following settings:

    As you can see, Ninjatrader only starts calculating for the current bar but doesnt seem to be calculating for historical bars.

    So after a few minutes, I have the following:

    Oddly enough I never had this problem with IQFeed. Could this be an issue with the barchart.com data adapter?
    Any suggestions what the problem could be?

    It seems to me that the data adapter doesnt seem to be downloading historical tick data.​

      Hello iq200,

      Thank you for your post.

      Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

      You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

      Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

        Hi Luis,
        Due to other work, I completely overlooked this issue. I have now uploaded the case using the procedure you described. I hope that it's still OK to do so?

          FYI - I contacted Barchart support and they sent me the following:

          Thanks for contacting Barchart Support.

          I have confirmed that the data feed within your account is active and the data is populating on our end. I would recommend reaching out to NinjaTrader Support directly to troubleshoot this issue.
