Got to say that I'm a bit disappointed since this has been going on for a few days already and yet no solution is available. This is what has been done as for now:
- Tested latest IB Gateway 10.19 -> Not working
- Tried connecting with latest TWS -> Not working
- Opened a support ticket to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com -> No luck, instructed me to contact IB directly
- Currently support ticket open at IB, but I think that in the end it is NinjaTrader's task and not IB. IB support center says this:
Is Ninja Trader compatible with all versions of TWS?
No. There is an inherent lag between the time IBKR releases a TWS update and that at which any third-party vendor can reasonably respond with a corresponding software upgrade. In the case of Ninja Trader, its application is compatible solely with the standalone TWS platform (not the browser based). To determine the particular version currently supported, please refer to the connection guide on the Ninja Trader web site.
So I'm really expecting this to be fixed on your end ASAP. Meanwhile I'm switching my platform temporarily since I cannot miss anymore trading days.
