    Market Analyzer Stopped Updating From External Data Feed

    This was working, but now some of the symbols have stopped updating although I have not changed anything.

    Apparently, the order mapping got erased for some symbols such as GC. How would this happen?

      Hello Atomic​,

      Thank you for the inquiry.

      Please first check with your data provider to ensure that you still have real time data for these symbols and that nothing has changed on their end.

      Then please send us your log and trace files so that we may look into what occurred.

      You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

      Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

      We look forward to assisting you.

          Thank you for the response.

          I can confirm that LH and HE are loading real time data in the Market Analyzer tool on my end.

          Additionally, you will likely need to rollover your HE contract to the 12-22 front contract to view real time data.

          Please follow these steps to roll over the expiration date of a Futures contract:
          • Navigate to the Control Center > Tools > Database window.
          • Left-click the ‘Rollover’ button that appears just below the table under the ‘Rollover futures instruments’ section.
          • Close this window when this process completes.

          You can learn more about the different ways to rollover by visiting the link below:

            I believe I have found that there is a bug in the NtDirect dll for NT8 because when I use the NT7 version of it, I am able to get HE (lean hogs) data via external data feed.

              Hello Atomic,

              Have you confirmed that the instrument is mapped correctly in NT8? You mentioned earlier in the thread that something had happened to other instruments mapping, that may be what's happening for this instrument as well.
