hi just put funds on my live account and when i log in to it, my chart trader, strategy builder, strategy analyzer are gray out why this is happening?

These features are part of the Trader+ package when you lease or purchase a license key. Seeing that this is currently disabled tells me that you have entered a Free license key in the platform.
