2 weeks without Support Help
I have been having an issue with my platform. I am not getting any data after I make connection with the server (demo). I have been emailing every day without resolve. I had 2 techs email, make a suggestion, it didn't work and then I haven't heard back. This seems to be unusual for this platform. On previous occasions I have had them respond within 24 hrs and performed follow up.Tags: None

We have been working through an increased support volume and we are working diligently to get caught up. We're sorry for any issues this has caused you.
I assume you are connecting with a CQG demo account using a NinjaTrader Continuum connection. Please correct me if I am wrong.
We should note that Demo accounts may not have data for all symbols. Could you clarify on the exact symbol you are trying to view? (Please include the expiry)
