    2 weeks without Support Help

    I have been having an issue with my platform. I am not getting any data after I make connection with the server (demo). I have been emailing every day without resolve. I had 2 techs email, make a suggestion, it didn't work and then I haven't heard back. This seems to be unusual for this platform. On previous occasions I have had them respond within 24 hrs and performed follow up.

    We have been working through an increased support volume and we are working diligently to get caught up. We're sorry for any issues this has caused you.

    I assume you are connecting with a CQG demo account using a NinjaTrader Continuum connection. Please correct me if I am wrong.

    We should note that Demo accounts may not have data for all symbols. Could you clarify on the exact symbol you are trying to view? (Please include the expiry)

      do not have data on the Forex trial (eur/usd) is this one of instruments affected, is there a time frame to resolve? Tried emailing support through email and site with no response for last 2 week so help would be appreciated

        We are still playing catch up with our volume, but I can confirm the issue on the FOREX demo's. Our Development team and Operations team are looking into this further.

        I do not have an ETA, but I will certainly update this thread once we hear the matter is resolved.

                A server issue came up, and NT FOREX Demo connections are receiving data again.
