No Response from NT Support
I am trying to switch my Broker and sent messages to NT Support to reassign my license key, but no response yet. Any reason ?Tags: None

Yeah I had a problem a week or two ago and had zero response despite a few emails. Even tried on this forum and nobody could help.
When I had a problem before it was always responded to within 24hrs.

yeah back in early 2021 the response time was excellent! now post covid seems the service has gone to dumps. Might have to look at Sierra or motive wave. although i heard Sierra is more complex to use. read a little on their website and boy i tell ya whoever runs that place sure is blunt and to the point about what they will and will not do for ya.
