Workspace does not load data

I have a workspace which I believe is not overly complex (4 different symbols, 2 footprint and an 10 candle charts as tabs, a few indicators) which does not load continuum and forex data anymore. When I disconnect the data connections and reconnect only one of the two, it does not work.

What I have to do is to load a new chart in a new workspace which will load the data without problem.
Then, I can open my workspace that did not load data before and the data will suddenly load. This happens the same on two differnt machines.

What could be the issue here? I do not want to recreate a new workspace every few weeks.

I am on the newest release on Ninjatrader.

Hello chris07,

You mention you only reconnect 1 connection. Could it be the charts that don't load contain instruments that are not supported by the 1 connection that is reconnected?

If this does not clarify the issue, please shut down NinjaTrader and navigate to the folder below.

Documents-->NinjaTrader 8-->db folder.

Delete the "cache" folder that is within the "db" folder.

The db-->cache folder is used to quickly load data in charts, so the first time you load chart data after deleting the db-->cache folder, it will take a little longer to load than usual.

Start NinjaTrader and check if charts load data as expected.
