    Platform freezing

    Is anyone else having issues with their platform freezing? I thought maybe it was my computer not being able to handle multiple charts and instruments running but it freezes with just a single instrument and time frame. This was not an issue until I updated to the latest version. Should I just uninstall and reinstall?

    I would like to take a closer look at your platform's log & trace files, as they should indicate why you are experiencing these errors. Could you forward these files to us?
