Ninja Trader won't stay connected

I am having a difficult time connecting to my data feed, it stays green until the church load and then it goes red and says lost connection, this is across multiple accounts so I don't think it's a settings issue, any ideas? I started having this issue after updating ninja Trader and Windows 10.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
