My brokerage connection is missing

    Hello! My problem seems similar to this discussion so I wanted to ask it here...

    I have both a multi broker lifetime license and also vendor license... But, I couldn't find where to download the latest version of NinjaTrader except through my live account with you guys...

    So with new PC, I downloaded this version which is the only version I could find to download. I was not able to enter any license key and now I cannot configure any new connections on this environment. How can I fix this? I need to add many connections, and also add things like the vendor licensing component etc... For now, I would love to just be able to be in control of my connections, when I go to connections I have no access to control multiple connections I have with Interactive Brokers, TD Ameritrade, etc...

      Hello chadnash,

      The download location for the platform is now in the client portal, that is the account.ninjatrader.com site. You no longer need to enter a license in the platform, that is also controlled in the account portal. If you need to set up a connection that is not listed you can enable the multi provider mode: https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...eralProperties

          Hello chadnash,

          I tried clicking the link and see it is working, you can alternatively get to the help guide by visiting https://ninjatrader.com/support/helpGuides/nt8/

          In the help guide you can use the left side menu to get to the Configuration -> Options -> General to get to the linked page.

          The multi provider mode is in the Tools -> Options -> General menu
