I have tried logging in today without any alterations in either the platform or network configuration settings from yesterday's session. I've experienced no undiagnosed connection or logon issues yesterday or at any other point for that matter. The pop-up messages on startup continues to be the following...
"Please check your account connection parameters and internet connection."
I've done that by double checking my login credentials (Ie. Username and password). Both are accurate and unchanged from prev uninterrupted session.
The next pop-upessage is the one that I cannot comprehend and may be the root of my issue. Hopefully someone can help me understand and fix the following error:

Error. :Bad input (Logon Failed)"
]
Why would it say that & what can I do to fix it?
Also, should note that I use Rithmic for market data and that is working fine. It also has no changes from yesterday.
I have emailed my log trace file to support. Please review ASAP & help me logon so I don't miss a whole day of work...
