    Missing minutes in historical data

    Hello,

    I have kinetick subscription, so far so good. Today, I started to have missing data on every day between same times, specifically from 15:15 to 15:35 and from 16:00 to 17:05. I am missing data between these hours on everyday in historical data. I was looking at ES 03-19 contract when I realized this. Reloading historical data on chart doesn't work.

    I tried to delete cache folder in db folder, I even deleted minute folder. Tried to update and repair data in database folder in tools menu, no luck. I am using 8.0.25.0 64-bit on windows 10.

    Probably, reinstalling NT will work but I have too many settings and templates that I don't want to make again.

    Hello cem-nt,

    For the ES 03-19 contract there was an exchange break from 3:15-3:30 PM CST for maintenance then a session break from 4:00-5:00 PM CST where this instrument was not traded therefore data will not be available during these times.

      Hi,

      Looks like it is as you say. Found out this session break has been a thing until June 21, then got eliminated. Thanks for the help.
