I have kinetick subscription, so far so good. Today, I started to have missing data on every day between same times, specifically from 15:15 to 15:35 and from 16:00 to 17:05. I am missing data between these hours on everyday in historical data. I was looking at ES 03-19 contract when I realized this. Reloading historical data on chart doesn't work.
I tried to delete cache folder in db folder, I even deleted minute folder. Tried to update and repair data in database folder in tools menu, no luck. I am using 8.0.25.0 64-bit on windows 10.
Probably, reinstalling NT will work but I have too many settings and templates that I don't want to make again.
