Can't connect

i hope you are doing well, i cant connect to my account in ninja trader,
i have juste received the login and password but i cant connect

Thank you for your post.

The most common reasons a connection fails is due to:

• A space is included before and/or after the username and/or password.
  • Please try copying and pasting the username and password from the email you have received these in, and be sure no spaces are included with the username or password.
• The 'Demo mode' box is unchecked for a demo account or is checked for a funded brokerage account.
  • Please ensure if this is a demo account that the Demo mode checkbox is checked
  • If this is a funded brokerage account, please ensure the Demo mode checkbox is unchecked.

If you are still unable to connect please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Try to run this command: ipconfig /flushdns. Worked for me, up until NT restart.
Using google DNS, permanently fixed connectivity problem. Now NT connects to live data every time.
