Ninja Trader Auto-Reconnect fail

I have experienced two extended lost connections from my broker this month. First incident was between 1:30-4:30AM CT on March 3. Second was earlier today between 5-7pm CT. I use Rithmic by NinjaTrader.

Both times I was able to restore connection manually where the auto-reconnect feature failed.

I am on a hardwired internet connection, have cleared my DNS cache, gone through 3 institutional-grade VPS and will use profanity to anyone who offers useless platitudes / level 1 support.

I fully expect lost connection from time to time but what I will not accept as a full license holder is a platform that did not bother making any attempts to remedy the issue.

Who here can perform a trace and validate the behavior of NT8 during both incidents?

Can you please send me your log and trace files so that I may investigate.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
